Had some great conversations with CROs and sales teams laitly. They’ve been asking me how to improve their win rates in today’s market. My advice? Start from within. First, I ask them if they’re using a sales methodology. It’s amazing how often this crucial step gets overlooked. Next, I dig deeper: Are they actually maintaining their sales methodology? It’s one thing to have a strategy, but it’s another to consistently follow and refine it. I also stress the importance of data management. Gathering, analyzing, and using data effectively is key. It’s the foundation for making informed decisions and driving your sales strategy forward.
