Establish and maintain relationships with new B2B partners. ?Be the front line for supporting sales partners via phone, email, and our custom CRM. ?Provide creative solutions with a partner-centric mindset. ?Assist in fulfillment and technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations. ?Take proactive steps, stay organized, and diligently follow up with partners. ?Collaborate with the Operations and Sales teams to address ongoing projects and concerns. ?Help update and create new visual resources for Sales training. ?Resolve concerns to uphold the EMPWR Solar brand reputation. Qualifications: ?2+ years in sales support, liaison, or account management. ?Excellent computer and communication skills. ?A positive, friendly attitude, with a passion for learning. ?Solar industry experience is a plus but not required. Schedule & Compensation: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST). Salary: $45,000-$60,000. Benefits: PTO, health, dental, and more.
