Should I enter the same award each year? Have you ever seen on a company’s website or in their sales materials that they won awards several years ago, but haven’t won an award since? It doesn’t leave the best impression and begs the question – has something happened since that time that has made the company less successful? Based in the northern suburbs of Chicago, Amy’s all about connections—whether it’s with customers, teammates, or family and friends. Outside of work, you'll find her?bartending, designing chalk art for drink specials, and hosting Cribbage tournaments—even though she has no idea how to play! She’s always up for a trip to Vegas—or anywhere with a good bet. A huge dog lover, Amy’s got her 15-year-old pup, Ted ?? keeping her company. Her art major from college might not seem like an obvious fit, but it’s given her a creative edge—helping her come up with fresh ideas, tackle challenges in unique ways, and make things happen for our customers. 2024 has been a great year but the icing on the cake was definitely our Awards ceremony on Friday. Being a manager means you get to develop people who want to challenge themselves and drive their own careers. In 2024, Josh Schofield has done exactly that and was recognised for his achievements by being awarded Sales Spotlight of the Year award. Very proud of everything he has achieved this year and I cannot wait to see what 2025 brings for him.
