3 天前"Disappointed with ENBD's Service Regarding a Faulty Noon Purchase I recently encountered a frustrating experience with ENBD's co-branded Noon card. I purchased a faulty device from Noon, initiated a return, and received a refund credit on my ENBD mobile app. However, the associated EPP plan remains active, and the refund amount has not been credited. Despite contacting ENBD's customer service, I was informed that the refund cannot be processed due to the active EPP. This is unacceptable, especially considering the long processing time and potential cancellation fees for a returned item. I urge ENBD to expedite the refund process, waive the cancellation fee, and restore my credit limit as soon as possible.
