Today, we announced positive interim data from our ongoing Phase 2 trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of our product candidate in people with #ChronicNeutropenia (CN). We also announced that we’ve started screening patients for enrollment into our pivotal Phase 3 trial, the 4WARD study, to evaluate our product candidate in people with congenital, acquired primary autoimmune, or idiopathic CN. ? ?? Revolutionizing Treatment for Hereditary Angioedema! Hereditary angioedema patients, relief is on the horizon! A groundbreaking CRISPR-based therapy, NTLA-2002, offers hope with the potential of lifelong control over this challenging condition. ?? In a recent trial, individuals treated with NTLA-2002 experienced a remarkable reduction in angioedema attacks, with up to 77% fewer episodes compared to placebo. Almost three-quarters of the patients receiving the higher dose remained attack-free without additional treatment! While some mild side effects were noted, the overall impact was overwhelmingly positive, paving the way for more extensive trials and a potential new chapter in treatment.
