International Women's Day is March 8th. As far as we're concerned, every day is Women's Day. We're going to talk a little bit about our stories of how far we've come. And it amazes me whether it's going to space, software, technology, things that we use every day. Women are instrumental in our societies, our economies and our histories. Michelle and Adriana are here going to talk about their stories a little bit, but. Again, welcome to this year's International Women's Day. Let us make it the best day ever and let's drive forward everything we can do. Hi, I'm Michelle Shepherd and I am excited to celebrate Women's Day. We are so lucky. About half our executive team is made-up of women. Women who are creative, women who are breaking barriers, women who are innovating. But we're not done. Only 15% of women actually sit and CEO positions. 30% of the SVP level, There's a lot more to do. We need to continue to invest in sponsorship, mentorship and enabling more diversity on our leadership teams. What do you think about that, Adriana? Well, you know, my own career in finance was really shaped by opportunities that pushed me outside of the traditional accounting role. But I didn't get here alone. A lot of mentorship and sponsorship really supported me throughout my career and I believe it's our responsibility as women. To also reach back and lift others. UO if you're an aspiring leader, I encourage you seek out those mentors, say yes to that challenge or that opportunity that will stretch you. Because when we really invest in our women and our leaders, we're really investing in the future of our companies and seeing that overall improvement and the stronger we can be in companies, in our industry and across our our teams. Women are the bedrock of our societies. Our economies, our businesses and also how we bring STEM forward. Be inspired by us, be inspired by your own journey.
