The Covid-19 pandemic caused depressive symptoms to grow by 28%, and for many, managing stress is an ongoing challenge. In fact, 45% of U.S. college students report experiencing “more than average” stress, according to The American Institute of Stress. ??And remember, it’s absolutely OK: To take a break when you need to recharge. Rest is not a luxury; it’s essential for your well-being. To not be productive 24/7. Your worth is not defined by your output. To say no and put your mental health first. To have tough days—nobody has it all figured out. At ELVTR, we prioritize creating a positive learning environment where mental health comes first.
