From family members to friends and coworkers, the rehabilitation needed to regain a person's activities of daily living (ADLs) is imperative. Patients may have many days when they find it challenging to attend therapy due to pain, frustration, or sheer exhaustion. Despite these hurdles, your physical therapist understands and remains calm, patient, and compassionate, gently motivating patients to persist with therapy, even during the toughest moments.
