At our upcoming event on February 25, we’re excited to spotlight Kat Gabrielle, a trailblazer whose work embodies the power of visibility, equity, and collective progress. A three-time Social Impact Entrepreneur, Speaker, and Facilitator, Kat has dedicated her career to ensuring that Black women and non-binary entrepreneurs receive the resources, funding, and support they deserve. As the Founder of The Well Work, she has built a thriving community of over 50,000 entrepreneurs and has played a direct role in redistributing more than $1.3 million in funding in just the past year. Her work is not just about breaking barriers—it’s about redesigning the system altogether. Beyond her entrepreneurial work, Kat has spent over a decade as a Fractional Head of People and DEI, consulting for major companies like Google, Spotify, and Stanford University to build more inclusive and equitable workplaces. Her leadership as a global facilitator has shaped initiatives like the Rare with Google x ADCOLOR Leadership Accelerator, where she continues to empower Black professionals and future changemakers. Kat’s career is a powerful reminder that the invisible labor of advocacy, mentorship, and equity-building has tangible, lasting impact. Whether through venture capital as a Venture Partner at Rogue Women’s Fund or through her mentorship at StartOut VC, she remains steadfast in her commitment to ensuring Black women and LGBTQ+ founders have access to the opportunities they deserve.
