I absolutely love this, Nina. It's so true that leaders often get caught up in the mechanics of control and visibility, but what truly drives high performance is the ability to create clarity, trust, and energy.
Trust takes time to build, but once it’s there, teams operate on a different level of ownership. Thank you for sharing, Nina ??
Exactly! The best leaders don’t just demand more - they create space for people to thrive Nina Devouge
Creating a trusting environment helps teams perform better because they feel safe to share ideas.

19 小时前It's also true that it's so much easier to speak to "I have more meetings, I control everything, I make the decisions" vs. "I create clarity, I trust my team, I give them energy." So many "leaders" just want to look good in talking about their leadership practices and are more focused on the optics of it all. Actual results and impact people feel in their day-to-day are secondary.
