Hi, I'm Larry and I'm the engineer recruitment manager. Hi, I'm Mary. I am the recruitment manager of Alternative Fuels and Bioenergy. I would say definitely hard working, intelligent for sure and extremely personable, determined, resourceful in collaborative. We're motivated, smart and very funny. And intelligence. International Women's Day for me just specifically highlights the importance of women in leadership roles. Specifically, it Elloway Blues. They emphasize just the value of diverse perspectives and just allowing us to be a voice that's heard within the company. Biggest lesson that I've learned is that it really doesn't matter that it's a male dominated industry. If you're good at what you do, people are going to respect you anyway. So I just try to do the best that I can and focus on delivering results. I tried to stay as organized as possible. I think that's really important. Just, you know, make sure I don't give a hand on things and making sure nothing is falling through the cracks. And then also just learning how to check out at the end of the day and on the weekend. Thoroughly say I have a song, but I do have a small portable karaoke machine, so if I'm ever in a midday slump or have had just backed back rejections, I will sometimes pop on a song, do a quick quick thing out and then come back refreshed and carry on with the rest of the day. I would have. I would say definitely know your way. I think to never be afraid, just to be tenacious yourself and to go get whatever you aspire to, dream to achieve. Happy International Women's Day.
