Why we haven’t doubled in profit? ?? Wow Future Stars Coaching LTD this photo popped up on our socials from 6 years ago. Lovely to see some old & familiar faces that helped us along our way on our 16 year journey from myself and a bag of balls on Day 1 ???? We’ve doubled in size since this photo, both in amount of staff and turnover. But we haven’t in Profit ?? Here are some of the reasons why: ? We’ve firstly made it a career for our coaches and pay the most in our industry with a career pathway through our continuous growth. ? We’ve gone form 1 Coach Development Manager to now having 8. ? We now have a lead manager for every programme we deliver. ? The office team has doubled in size based on the amount of children we now work with to appease our customers needs. ? We’ve bought in an operations director and commercial director with huge experience. ? We’ve spent 2 years investing in our Franchsie offering and bought in someone to lead this. ? We’ve invested in a brand new bespoke Website & Booking System that has so far taken 18 months to develop and keep developing. I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve all achieved over the years and continually standing out and being recognised by schools and parents for our quality and constant desire to learn and develop. You need good people to make a great organisation and that journey doesn’t end, I’m always recruiting even if we don’t have a current position, we will. We’ve created all of this so our franchisees can flourish and in year 1 have a profitable business using all our expertise at HQ. What a ride we’ve been on so far and I’ve never been more engaged or passionate to take this to the next level. We now have everything and everybody in the right places, however no doubt that will have developed again in the next 6 years ??

Still King of content.Just watched one of his talks where he speaks about Steven Spielberg and wanting to work with him.For me also it happened the same way.Std 3 watching movies Transformers,Jaws, Schindler's List,Sound of Music, Charlie Chaplin.3D entry to Aabra ka Dabra and Jurassic Park.Moving on to documentaries real stories. The inclination became so strong.That working towards multimedia seems amazing.That we meet people with the same mindset.Grateful for teachers,mentors and friends who came along the way. It all starts from somewhere they say right mine started with an N95 mobile phone without sim,to kotak reel camera winning in a dance competition.I used to just keep clicking and shooting videos. We talk about 5px to landing up on 4k today. That's how far the story didn't end. Being a student in a class watching someone achieve something you going there and doing things working with them.And they calling you back to work with them on a few projects.Whenever I'm free.Just one call come if you want to explore and experiment.Is immense gratitude and blessed. The idea that stays with you is what excites you whether a Sony PlayStation game, Swat kats,Oswald on Pogo,Clash of Clans,COD,a chess board,playing a sport, running, singing,dancing or nature walks. Competitions doesn't end what matters is what the competition teaches you. What if Charlie Chaplin also had a competition but you never know. That should be your level of curiosity. Curiosity is the best teacher. Thankyou Teachers or mentors for being active learners and doers in the society. Somewhere on earth, someone must be getting inspired by seeing your work. Inspired by a recent conference session with child development expert Maggie Dent, we recognized a common challenge: many children start school unable to hang their own body weight—a skill fundamental for building strength, body awareness, and confidence. That’s why we’re thrilled to add monkey bars to our Small Fry classes for 2’s, 3’s, and 4’s! ?? These new additions aren’t just for fun—they provide endless developmental benefits, such as improving coordination, grip strength, problem-solving abilities, and resilience. With this equipment, we’re proud to support children’s physical and cognitive growth through play, helping them develop confidence and essential skills that set the foundation for lifelong learning.
