Do you always have to draw analogies between sports and leadership? Certainly not, but the deliberate choice of archery underscores the importance of unwavering focus on results in leadership endeavors. Moreover, like an archer distinguishing the signal from the noise of the environment, effective leaders must filter through the myriad of information and inputs to identify the most critical factors that will drive success.
