We’re excited to share the Four Amigos, Beloved Community Building project in Seattle’s Columbia City neighborhood! This 6-story, affordable housing development provides 87 family-focused units, an amenity roof deck, and a space for the Church of Hope. The project celebrates the community it serves with thoughtful features like an outdoor play area and Afro-Latino design elements, including murals and tile cladding crafted in Mexico City. 4EA provided comprehensive building enclosure expertise for this project. Our scope included the design of the full enclosure, roofing, windows, and walls, as well as the preparation of detailed roofing and waterproofing design documents.
