The true solutions lie in the implementation and collaborations. ?? Start wherever you are and whatever frustrates you the most! True, lasting change requires more than just policy shifts or single disease-led efforts or only impacting a certain subset of the population. It necessitates a unified solidarity organized movement—one where physicians, patient advocates, and those directly impacted by systemic inequities come together to co-create solutions that are grounded in lived experiences and authenticity. The foundation of an equitable healthcare system lies in the formation of coalitions built on trust and a shared vision. A vision that snowflakes on hope and real action. These strong partnerships shift the power dynamics, redefining new narratives and actively engaging in meaningful action that are often missed by conventional approaches. That’s why coalitions are so important - they help us address not just the clinical symptoms but the root causes of #healthdisparities, paving the way for systemic change. Thank you to Neil Johnson, Konstantina Boumaki, and the super GHH team assembling 165 stakeholders from over 30 countries in Dublin to share and co-design solutions to help people live with multiple conditions.
