2 个月PS. For me, my body language is the indicator to remind myself that I either need to change the pace or care less. So whenever I feel that I'm leaning forward I just use it as the reminder, "hey, why are you carrying so much? Relax it's just another conversation." So don't be weird and lean way too much, just lean slightly back and mainly use this as a reminder that you're being too needy
