Did you know? Every one of EduDeo's 13 partnerships begins with teachers and leaders. We work in partnership this way because we believe that for education to truly be transformed, it begins with those who are at the very heart of it: Teachers ?? Our work with teachers is rooted in the Walking Together program. This program equips teachers, leaders, and organizations to deliver education that is transformational - education that is rooted in Christ and can change communities! Hear from 3 leaders now about how the Walking Together program has impacted their teaching and schools to be places where students learn to live as Christ.

I can't stress enough that SEND is as much the Headteacher's and leadership responsibility as it is the SENDCo's. "Every school leader is a leader of SEND," The EEF's guidance on 'Special Educational Needs in Mainstream Schools' provides reflection questions for school leaders and governors to enhance their impact on pupils with SEND. These questions focus on creating supportive environments, understanding pupils' needs, ensuring access to high-quality teaching, implementing effective interventions, and working efficiently with teaching assistants. Let's ensure we're all accountable for the success of our SEND pupils. #InclusiveEducation #SENDLeadership

Wise words here from #dawnstaley on what it means to be a good leader, parent, and person. When we talk about educating the youth it’s important to communicate to them that they will fail sometimes, and that’s okay. We often learn more from our failures than our successes. #blackexcellence #dawnstaley #education #childrenarethefuture #failureispartofsuccess #blm #educationmatters #emotionalintelligence

As Christian education leaders, let’s take a proactive approach to nurturing our team’s well-being, just as we nurture our students' growth. Our teachers and staff are at the heart of our mission—spreading God’s love and wisdom through education. By regularly checking in and listening to their needs, we create a culture of care, appreciation, and purpose. When our teams feel valued and supported, they’re empowered to give their best, creating an environment where faith and learning can flourish together Let’s ask, “What can we do to help you grow here?” more often. Building strong, faith-based connections within our community doesn’t just help people stay; it helps us thrive together. #ChristianEducation #LeadershipWithCare #SupportAndGrowth #FaithInAction

Inspired by #RobHenderson, author of Troubled: A Memoir of Foster Care, Family, and Social Class, I will be sharing my finds as I dive into the research on leadership and schools: On resource allocation in schools: "The best materials are of little use if teachers cannot turn them to advantage to framing tasks. Ample school budgets can have no constructive effect on learning if they are not used to hire good teachers and enable them to work effectively." Cohen, D. K., Raudenbush, S. W., & Ball, D. L. (2003). Resources, Instruction, and Research.?Educational Evaluation and Policy Analysis,?25(2), 119-142 Get Rob's book now at https://lnkd.in/e4PhR4qX

The Strength of Christian Private School Structure Christian private schools provide students with a foundation that goes beyond academics. They offer a holistic structure that nurtures both minds and hearts, empowering young people to grow in faith, character, and knowledge. Here’s a glimpse into how structure plays a role in our mission: 1. Faith-Centered Curriculum: Every subject is taught through a lens of Christian values, integrating biblical principles into daily learning to reinforce a strong moral foundation. 2. Supportive Community: Small class sizes allow for personalized attention, and strong relationships between students, teachers, and families create a supportive environment that feels like home. 3. Leadership Development: Through various programs, students learn the importance of serving others, building character, and developing leadership skills grounded in Christian values. 4. Focus on Character: With an emphasis on integrity, kindness, and respect, students are encouraged to lead lives of purpose, positively impacting the world around them. 5. Academic Excellence: Balancing rigorous academics with faith-based education fosters both intellectual growth and spiritual maturity, preparing students for success in college and beyond. Our mission is to cultivate well-rounded individuals who are not only prepared academically but equipped to be compassionate, ethical leaders. #ChristianEducation #FaithBasedLearning #PrivateSchool #StudentSuccess #LeadershipDevelopment
