Recruiting requires uncomfort. In order to be the best, you have to be willing to think outside the box, take action, and MAKE IT HAPPEN. What does this look like? To me, it means getting up at 5:00 AM to make sure your candidate is ready for their first day on site. It means meeting a hiring manager for lunch 40 minutes across town because you care, and they have a short lunch. It means scheduling an interview at 7:30 PM when the candidate you know your client needs is only available at that time. Its simple. Its the difference. Make it happen!
