#AISucks!! I recently started working with echowin, a platform to build AI Receptionists and Voice Agents. Here are a few reasons why I absolutely hate this AI platform: - You won't have any unattended customers and all the calls are simultaneously answered and suddenly you have the best customer service? Who wants?that when you can make your customers wait for hours to the point where they switch to your competitors. - Your AI agent will automatically integrate with your Google Calendar and book appointments for you????? Like who even wants that when you can spend hours trying to find a slot for your clients lol, I definitely wouldn't. Love me some unnecessary talk time in my lonely life. - You can build your own agent from scratch apparently. Who would want that when you can blindly follow pre-configured bots and agents who have absolutely no idea about your organization. Hate echowin for being so easily considerate of SMBs (Small & Medium Businesses) and their brand voice. - Now this platform is Multilingual, speaks 30+ languages, and your customers can choose the language they want to speak? How feasible is that? Why would you want that for your customers? Like where did all that struggling to find a translator in the office go? - From recording all the calls to pulling call transcriptions, sentiments and analytics of conversations with every single customer, your agent never sleeps? I am sorry what happened to traditional support reps unavailable after working hours? Ugh, echowin's AI absolutely sucks! I would definitely not purchase such a hardworking 24/7 available employee to make my business calls smoother. Like I love my business and customer support traditional and outdated.
