PART 2 Election and RTV # Reasons for the declining voter turnout trends already discussed . But now I want to share some different angles of the whole story We all recognize this Right to Vote as just a Constitutional, Legal and Political Right but Are these the contours of our Right to Vote? No, it's not just a mere legal or political right but a lot more than that, it's like that bare invisible thread that unites and holds all our states, territories, citizens, institutions, cultures, tastes, likes or dislikes and all our rights in one line this that common bonding magical glue which holds everything and everyone on the same stair. We all have seen small children often begging at crossroads and some showing singing or magical skills to earn at the very tender age of going to school. Have you seen them? Have you seen slums or small children rag pickers? Is there only a financial difference between them and you or something else as well? Probably political too my fellow citizens You won't have possible resources to help each one of them or fix all the odds but you have something more precious that's RTV ( Right to Vote ) which you can use to not just correct the direction of your life but their lives too and its less individual and more collective right exercise it more as a more directional driving right, only the Leadrers or our officers not holding the steering of our Nations vehicle but we all have control and our say in the driving of very Nation as a Vehicle. Don't take it for granted just because it's given in Constitution and also Don't assume the RTV is a personal and a very individual privilege its not just a personal right but your votes carry a lot of aspirations of all those small children and rag pickers or beggars and labors in industry or miners too, So exercise the RTV (Right to Vote ) not just for you but for all those who might not be having that right or a privilege to exercise that right. The next question is a very relatable one Have you seen long queues at government offices? This i bet you would have surely seen overcrowded railway stations and railway coaches or Metro stations and metro lines or some of you might have received flight cancellation messages without your consent You must have been helpless and angry at the government or governance but may have normalized that situation too with validations such as Increasing population, holidays or weekends or duty hours but very few of you dare to challenge the institutions or organization and their policies and most of you have forgotten that your extra sufferings and also the dream of many to just see railway or metro from inside or plane from inside How contradictory it is some are desperate and dreaming of having a closer look at these facilities but at the very same time some are suffering from the irregularities in the facilities and here comes a solution not just a nominal one but a real one ELECTION and your RIGHT TO VOTE.

Only 6 days to go before the presidential election and there are still topics that are plaguing voters, such as vote purging. An election official will remove names of voters who are no longer eligible (ex deceased) to vote. This sounds sensible, right? The problem with voter purging is that sometimes there are voters removed who are within their rights to vote. As a result, they won’t receive an absentee ballot (if that’s their usual means of voting) or when they show up to vote…oops…they are told they can’t cast their ballot. The past 20 years has seen a dramatic increase in voter purging and as a result, more people mistakenly removed. That’s a problem. Essentially, those individuals can’t vote even though they are tax payers. (See “taxation without representation”) What’s a voter to do? -If you are in doubt as to whether you have been purged from the system, check your voter registration status -Following that, ask yourself if you’re voting for candidates who truly believe in and honor democracy -Hold elected officials accountable; don’t let them take your vote for granted -Get involved in the electoral process! #Vote2024 #ExerciseYourRights #KnowBeforeYouVote Want to find out if you’re registered to vote? Pollworkers ensure that elections can run safely and efficiently. Focus:?Share With Friends & Family? Why it matters:?Research shows that “relational” conversations are significantly more effective than cold outreach. We’re more likely to listen to and trust our friends than strangers. Familiar voices break through the noise.
