We hit a big milestone - 10 years in business! It’s been a decade of #learning, #growing, and figuring out how to make things better for our #customers. ??Trucking with KLM ?? We rolled out?#SkyTrucks, our unique #RFS system, for #KLM's 80 stations across the #USA. It’s always exciting to work with such a respected #airline and see our solutions making a difference. ??Air Tahiti Goes Skyline ???? We implemented?#SkylineGHA?for #AirTahiti this year, helping them optimize their operations. It’s so exciting to see our flagship system in action in such a unique location. Thanks to Air Tahiti, we now cover the globe from #East to #West. ??Growing in Czechia ???? We extended our reach with?Skyline GHA at BRNO Airport and Ostrava Airport, strengthening our system’s presence across the #CzechRepublic. It’s always nice to witness the positive impact of our work close to home. ??Skyline Lands in Mexico ???? This year, we expanded into another part of #LatinAmerica with?#Skyline. Watching our systems find their place in new parts of the world is incredibly fulfilling. ??Entering the E-commerce World with Bee-Online ?? This year, we launched?#BeeOnline, a #system designed to simplify and enhance #ecommerce processes in air cargo. It’s a game-changer for the industry, and we’re excited to see how it will open up new #opportunities for our customers and partners in this fast-growing sector. ? Expanding Our Product Portfolio with ICS2 ???? This year, we also introduced #ICS2, a system designed to meet the EU’s new Import Control System 2 regulations for #aircargo. ICS2 ensures compliance with #safety and #security requirements while simplifying the data submission process for our customers with ease. ??A Fresh Look ??? Our?new #website?went live, complete with a fresh design, updated content, and an enhanced marketing strategy to better engage with our customers. ??Engaging at Industry Events ?? A recent trip home reminded me of the power of human-focused service. A compassionate Air Canada flight attendant and a kind US customs officer both went the extra mile, turning a potentially stressful journey into a positive experience. Putting yourself in your customers’ shoes and understanding their feelings and emotions can have a major impact on their experience with your company. Every touchpoint and interaction matters, and a little bit of extra effort can go a very long way. In other words: all kinds of facts about our family business. Personally, we always find the interview with one of our relations to be one of the best contributions in the magazine. These interviews show what it is all about: strengthening each other, working together proactively, and going the extra mile when necessary. In this edition, you will find an interview with our client NIDRAC bv about the - not easy - job of delivering 'baggage sizers' to all Transavia destinations, from Oslo to the Canary Islands. "We were not a number like other parties, but a customer. That helpfulness was exactly what we needed at that moment," says Nidrac director Luc Nieuwland in the interview. That makes us happy because that's what we do it for! In another regular feature, the country story, our colleagues talk about how we are already actively preparing to meet the challenges for the period surrounding the Olympics - when half of Paris will be on lockdown - and, for example, continue to supply Foot Locker shops on the Champs Elysées.
