The American inflation issue was initially caused by the response to the CoVid Pandemic and increased inflation was an EXPECTED result of the Pandemic Relief Act...Donald Trump and President Biden BOTH understood this fact. However, NOW "price gouging" is occurring on numerous products by Pro-Trump companies in "less wealthy" areas to create & stimulate "inflation rage" to manipulate the American voter's decision making process in Trump's favor... For applications filed on or after November 20, 2020, an alien shall be found ineligible for asylum if: (B) Transits through more than one country between his country of citizenship, nationality, or last habitual residence and the United States unless: (1) The alien demonstrates that he or she applied for protection from persecution or torture in at least one such country and the alien received a final judgment denying the alien protection in such country; § 1208.15 Definition of “firm resettlement.” (a) An alien is considered to be firmly resettled if, after the events giving rise to the alien's asylum claim: (1) The alien resided in a country through which the alien transited prior to arriving in or entering the United States and— (i) Received or was eligible for any permanent legal immigration status in that country; (ii) Resided in such a country with any non-permanent but indefinitely renewable legal immigration status (including asylee, refugee, or similar status but excluding status such as of a tourist); or (iii) Resided in such a country and could have applied for and obtained any non-permanent but indefinitely renewable legal immigration status in that country; § 1208.33 Lawful pathways condition on asylum eligibility. Notwithstanding any contrary section of this part, including §§ 1208.2, 1208.13, and 1208.30— (a) Condition on eligibility — (1) Applicability. A rebuttable presumption of ineligibility for asylum applies to an alien who enters the United States from Mexico at the southwest land border or adjacent coastal borders without documents sufficient for lawful admission as described in section 212(a)(7) of the Act and whose entry was: (i) Between May 11, 2023, and May 11, 2025, (ii) Subsequent to the end of implementation of the Title 42 public health Order issued on August 2, 2021, and related prior orders issued pursuant to the authorities in sections 362 and 365 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 265, 268) and the implementing regulation at 42 CFR 71.40, and (iii) After the alien traveled through a country other than the alien's country of citizenship, nationality, or, if stateless, last habitual residence, that is a party to the 1951 United Nations Convention relating to the Status of Refugees or the 1967 Protocol relating to the Status of Refugees.

Allowing ILLEGAL immigrants to become citizens? What about employees on work Visas or who legally obtained green cards? Explain why any employer would be accountable for keeping I-9 forms and managing the work associated with them if illegal immigrants are just going to be processed for citizenship and not deported for their illegal status in this country?! Obtaining and maintaining I-9’s is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT of United States employers and those who fail to adhere are subject to fines. Does Kamala Harris also propose to throw out the I-9 and all its associated requirements? Will employers be reimbursed by the feds for the fines they previously paid? This reeks of a poor and illogical thought process.
