Community was a recurring theme throughout my webinar on the USA 2024 election results and how people reacted to them. Participants spoke about finding solace and strength in local connections, from knitting groups to shared outdoor activities. One participant noted, "Community isn't just like-minded people; it's anyone willing to engage with care and curiosity." This perspective reminds us that what we need to stand united is respect and open hearts, instead of imposing our viewpoints on others. The elder way is to build bridges where walls once stood.
