This pumpkin pie smoothie with Shakeology tastes like autumn in a glass! Makes 1 serving. Ingredients: 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk 1 cup / 170 g ice 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology ? cup / 120 g 100% pumpkin puree 5 unsalted pecan halves, coarsely chopped 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Instructions: Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, pumpkin puree, pecans, extract, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender; cover. Roast the Makhana: In a pan, heat ghee or oil. ?? Add the makhana and roast on low heat until they become crunchy. ?? This should take about 5-7 minutes. ?? Add Peanuts: Stir in the roasted peanuts and cook for another 2-3 minutes. ?? Season: Sprinkle KPG Black Pepper Powder, sendha namak, and any additional spices you prefer. I shared this photo in a private group where we are doing a 30-day Health challenge and ‘the people went nuts’!! ???????? So I thought it might be of interest to some of you, too! ???????? Egg cups: Beat 6 eggs Add 1 cup cottage cheese to the bowl Mix together Add some spices; I love paprika, Everything Bagel, garlic and onion salt Grab a muffin tin, grease it. Mine is a large one so that’s why there’s only 6 egg cups in the photo. Spoon mixture into the muffin tin. Grate 1 cup cheddar cheese and sprinkle evenly on top. Heat oven to 375, bake for about 15 minutes (ovens differ so keep checking!) Options: 1) add diced ham or bacon to the mixture 2) add smashed tater tots and/or smashed baby potatoes in each as a base and then cover with the egg mixture 3) add some grated cheese to the egg mixture, or a bit of salsa Lots of variations! These are a great protein snack. And they freeze well. Enjoy!
