This photo doesn’t do the last few days justice. Conferences(Assemble Holidays would be a more appropriate name) often seem to come at a time when you don’t want to be away from your desk etc. BUT wowee was it great to let the hair down over the last few days, get to know people from our sister businesses better and to get the “good oil” from some of the best in the business about what’s helped them be successful in business and to build successful businesses. The common denominators were the importance of hiring good people, with shared values, who will add to an already great culture, be kind and to provide opportunity. Look forward to the next one.

Team Training ???????????? Every 3 months or so we get the team together for additional training and an all round catch up. This was some of the CARGardens team at our latest meeting. Notice the pastries and biscuits? The team certainly did ???????????? A special shout out ??? to Ben, Garden Supervisor and our Health & Safety Officer for leading the majority of the morning. There's always lots to learn, lots to discuss, lots of listening and actions to take. It's a chance to invite collaboration between all departments and the office. This gives the most impactful practical results. We were also able to catch up about how the business is doing, how our customers are, what we have planned for the coming months, and how @Alilou_Arts is getting on using the HUB space. And we took a moment to reflect on the business reaching it's 20th year and to appreciate and remember all of the hard work, hours and sweat that have gone into building CARGardens. A special tip of the hat in gratitude to all of our previous colleagues and customers that have helped forge the way ??????. And most importantly to check in with each other and see how everyone is. To understand how the teams and their individuals are blossoming ??????? and how the sketch books are developing. All with cups of tea, coffee and plenty of treats ??.
