Title: "Ma'am, Do You Ever Feel Lonely?" In the last month and a half, I traveled across various parts of India from Vadodara, Mangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Bhopal, Indore, Surat, and Varanasi. During my journey, I was asked one question by my students : "Ma'am, do you ever feel lonely? Without any hesitation, I answered, "Yes, many times." Then came the next question: "When are you getting married? I paused for a moment and replied, "In my opinion, even great people who have achieved a lot in life feel lonely at times." To me, loneliness has nothing to do with- whether you are married, or have a partner or surrounded by people. You could be traveling, working, or with friends, but that sense of isolation can still be there What I realized and want to share is that loneliness isn’t a permanent state. It’s absolutely normal to feel lonely at times especially for the students preparing for competitive exams like NEET/JEE/UPSC/CA and many more.. The key is to find ways to involve yourself in things you enjoy—whether it's having a long chat with a friend, talking to a random stranger, or doing something that lifts your mood. Whatever it is, it helps the feeling pass and more importantly do not forget to appreciate yourself for all the good things you have done!!?? #loneliness #selfcare #mentalhealth #reflection #personaldevelopment #travelthoughts

?? A NEW YEAR, A NEW INDIA? We think of resolutions, but Indore is SHOWING us how it’s done! ?? Starting January 1, 2025, Indore bans begging. But this isn’t just about stopping begging—it’s about building lives. It’s about transforming despair into dignity. If not begging, then what? ?? Skill Training: Turning hands stretched for alms into hands skilled for work. ?? Shelters & Care: Offering safety, food, and emotional support. ?? Education: Giving children books, not begging bowls. ?? Jobs & Businesses: Empowering families to stand tall, not stoop low. How does this impact India? ?? Breaking the Cycle: No more generational begging. ?? Inspiring Action: If Indore can, why can’t the rest of India? ?? Ending Exploitation: Stopping forced begging and human trafficking. What about the beggars? ?? They get a second chance at life. ?? Children finally have a future. ?? Families move from survival to success. ?? POVERTY HAS HAUNTED INDIA FOR DECADES. But here’s the truth—begging won’t end by just banning it. It ends with: ???? Education. ?? Employment. ?? Empathy. ?? INDORE IS PLANTING THE SEED. What about the rest of India? Imagine Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai following suit. ??????A nation where no child is forced to beg, where opportunities replace alms, and where dignity isn’t a privilege but a right. ?? Do you see the vision? Let’s stop giving coins and start giving chances. The question isn’t, “Can Indore succeed?” The question is, “When will the rest of India follow?” #ruchika #IndoreInspires #IndiaFightsPoverty #FromBeggingToBuilding

Proof, why Indore is the cleanest city of India. Even its local buses have Dustin, I questioned a few people, Quest. how you feel and how you keep Indore this much clean. Reply: It's not like how we feel it's more like our habits of cleaning. We feel so disgusting if we throw dirt outside in an open area. It's like OPD disorder, "Ulta chappal sidha na karo tab tak bechaini rehti hai" ?? POV: small things really matter in our daily life, from cleaning our bathroom to making bed properly to sleep. It was never "I" for Indore, It was always "US". All people together achieved the goal and still so many goals are in progress. I want each city of India to grow and be known for some good things not for "crime", "rapes", "population", "dirt","pollution" etc. please, it's your city if you are leaving there not by birth but also if you settled or went for work. I'm not talking about only indore but also delhi noida Hyderabad Pune any place. Like each good member of the family makes the family known for good family. so India is the family and we our cities our states are members of it. ?? #cleaning #indore #clean #proudofindia #cleancity #india #awareness #motivation #habit #linkedin #corporate

Indore continues to impress me with its awareness and engagement. On my way to university this Sunday morning, I spotted an auto with a powerful message: “Justice is due” for the Atul Subhash case. This serves as a reminder of the tragic loss of Atul and the pressing need to reform outdated system rules that no longer align with today’s challenges. Let’s not forget the importance of addressing these issues for a better future. #justiceisdue #justiceforatulsubhash #Indore #newlaws

This started with college and changed everything for me When I first packed my bags for college, I felt a wave of sadness knowing I wouldn't be home much. That feeling never left me, and I found myself missing home a lot. My College Days: ? I studied 175 kilometers away. ? I went home every two weeks to see my family. ? Those visits kept me going. Then, life took me on a corporate journey: ? From Mumbai to Vadodara ? From Vadodara to Ahmedabad ? From Ahmedabad back to Vadodara But the longing for home never faded. When COVID-19 hit, travel became impossible. I missed home so much that I took a long taxi ride from Gujarat to Punjab! During the lockdown, I secretly hoped it would never end so I could stay home longer. But reality called, and I had to return to work in Mumbai. ?? Then it struck me ? Monthly salary: ?64,000 every month ? Expenses: Rent: ?20,000 - ?25,000 Food: ?10,000 House maintenance: ?5,000 Cook: ?2,000 Miscellaneous: ?10,000 Trips home: ?15,000 I was going to be unhappy and not saving any money. The Turning Point: I thought about what made me happy and realized home was where I always wanted to be. Instead of bending for the situation, I just made the situation bend for me! I BELIEVED I could learn new skills and potentially earn ?64,000 on my own. Hence, I called it QUITS. So: If you really want something, you can make it happen. Home is where I'm happiest, and I made it work for me. P.S. What is it that makes you happy?

I Did Not Understand One Thing??... When it comes to the person himself, he can work anywhere and when the opportunity comes for someone else, whether he has knowledge of the local area or not, a local candidate is needed 1.That a person from Andhra Pradesh can work in Madhya Pradesh, a person from Pune Maharashtra can work in Gujarat or Madhya Pradesh. 2.A person sitting on a Maharashtra SIM can handle Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan. But a person from Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh is told that a local candidate is needed for Maharashtra. 3.You can work in Varanasi, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat. But if a person from Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan wants to work here, a local candidate is required. If you look at the profiles of different people who are sitting in Maharashtra/Gujarat/Rajasthan/Madhya Pradesh/Chhattisgarh/Pune/Maharashtra location and handling the locations of different states, do they have knowledge of local geography or not?

One Month in Pune: A New Chapter, Unfamiliar Terrain It's been a month since I relocated to Pune from Indore, and yet, I find myself feeling strangely out of place. This is a new experience for me—when I moved to Indore from my hometown, Durg, Chhattisgarh, the transition felt so seamless, almost natural. But here in Pune, things feel different. The city is vibrant and full of opportunities, yet I find myself feeling blank, like I’m missing a connection or a sense of belonging. Maybe it’s the unfamiliarity, or maybe I just haven’t given myself enough time to adjust. Either way, this phase is teaching me something: not every chapter begins comfortably, and that’s okay. Growth often comes through discomfort, and I’m trying to remind myself to embrace this as part of the journey. #RelocationJourney #NewBeginnings #PersonalGrowth

Last week in Rajkot, one parent told his recently married son not to play Garba until late at night, and the son ended up committing suicide. In Vadodara, an 18-year-old girl was refused the permission to go for Garba, and the result? She also ended up hanging herself from the fan using a scarf. At IIM Ahmedabad, a 2nd year student also died, and he was in charge of a very grand event that was going to happen at the campus. A few months back, a young 1st year MBA Student residing in Ghatkopar, also committed suicide because of not being able to handle the pressure of assignments / academics. And let me not say anything on recurring suicides in Kota. You know why this is happening? Because the tolerance level has gone down. The patience level has gone down. And most importantly, the ability to control temper has gone down. Also, I think that ambition is also one of the reasons for this. It is necessary to be ambitious, but dangerous to be overambitious in my opinion. Some of you might disagree, but I strongly feel that when a person becomes overambitious, he starts chasing things that are not made for him. Be ambitious, but not at the cost of life or health. Let’s stop making comparisons with other people. What we get to know is what is put out on social media. And we don’t even know the other side of the story. Let’s start comparing ourselves with how we were 1 year ago. And if we have improved, we are on the right track. As it is rightly said, comparing yourself with the previous version of yourself is the best way to improve yourself :) #linkedin #linkedinforcreators #patience #lesson #youth #jkshah
