I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Susan Wojcicki.?YouTube would not be the platform we know and love today without the visionary leadership of the trailblazing ???????????? ?????????????? ??????, Susan Wojcicki. Her foresight led her to champion the acquisition of YouTube by Google in 2006, a pivotal moment that transformed online video. Under her leadership, YouTube became a platform that: ?? ???????????????????????? ?????????? ???????????????? ?????? ??????????????????????: Anyone could share their stories and talents with a global audience, and people increasingly turned to YouTube for entertainment, education, news and more. ?? ???????????????????????????? ?????????? ??????????????????????:?YouTube's success changed how businesses reach consumers. Did you know? 1) Google was born in Susan's home garage, 2) Susan was the 1st marketing manager and the 16th employee of Google, 3) She championed women and was the 1st to advocate for maternity leave setting the standard for parental leave across organizations. For me, YouTube is more than just a platform; it is my trusted companion. When I am stumped on a recipe, YouTube is always my go-to culinary guide. Before ChatGPT came and even today, if I am struggling with a coding problem, I turned to YouTube tutorials for learning and quick fixes. And when I wanted to lose myself in nostalgia, there is always a music video that I could search and listen to. Susan's vision created a space that catered to countless needs and desires. Susan Wojcicki's leadership fundamentally altered how we consume and interact with video content. We should learn from the power of her innovation, foresight and vision.? We're the social media generation, the "participation trophy" kids (eye roll), the ones who supposedly don't know the struggle. But here's the thing: we grew up with technology at our fingertips, and guess what? We used it to become resourceful ninjas. We may not be fans of the traditional 9-to-5 grind (who honestly is these days?), but that doesn't mean we're lazy. We're all about efficiency. One day, I envision myself joining the growing cohort of departed souls whose Facebook profiles linger in the digital ether. It's a surreal thought, considering the staggering statistics: an estimated 10 to 30 million Facebook accounts are attributed to those who have passed on. If Facebook maintains its current trajectory, projections suggest a haunting scenario—by 2100, the platform could host a staggering 4.9 billion memorialized accounts, outnumbering the living by 2070. The concept of memorialized accounts is a testament to the evolving nature of our relationship with technology, where the digital realm intersects with the eternal, blurring the lines between the living and the departed. Over the decades, I have cultivated my own mind files, a storyboard of my truth in layered narratives scattered across platforms. My artistic soul will be left as part of the digital DNA of mankind’s epoch on this planet. In contemplating the end of life and the memorialization of one's existence, envision a future where those who grasp the significance of moments wield the potential to have their digital mind files reignited, crafting new narratives for future generations to delve into. As humanity enters a new era, pondering their role within the expansive cosmos of time and space, seekers of truth may chance upon my digital messages scattered across the vast expanse of cyberspace. There, they'll encounter a memorialized account of a Robin Crusoe-like journey, a tale of a artist ensnared in the constraints of of a world gone mad, yet refusing to succumb to the despair and hopelessness that engulfs his existence. Thus, let us ponder the possibility that even in death, our digital selves continue to shape the narratives of tomorrow, casting ripples across the vast ocean of human consciousness. And as we navigate the complexities of life and leave behind fragments of our being scattered across the digital landscape, may we be reminded of the enduring power of storytelling to immortalize the essence of our beautiful minds for generations to come.

Things you can learn from Ted Lasso — and yes, I got this from the Facebook fan page because I’m a card carrying member. Well not really but I should look into that. In truth though, this is one of my favorite shows of all time. I love building teams and Ted was a master at that. So many good lessons…and the laughs were pretty great too! 1. "Be curious, not judgmental." 2. "Doing the right thing is never the wrong thing." 3. "I have a really tricky time hearing folks that don’t believe in themselves." 4. “Change Isn’t About Trying To Be Perfect. Perfection Sucks. Perfect Is Boring.” 5. "You know what the happiest animal on Earth is? It's a goldfish. It has a 10-second memory. Be a goldfish." 6. "For me, success is not about the wins and losses. It's about helping these young fellas be the best versions of themselves on and off the field." 7. "I think that if you care about someone and you got a little love in your heart, there ain't nothing you can't get through together." 8. “I think that you might be so sure that you’re one in a million that sometimes you forget that out there, you’re just one of 11.” 9. "Taking on a challenge is a lot like riding a horse, isn't it? If you're comfortable while you're doing it, you're probably doing it wrong." 10. "I promise you there is something worse out there than being sad, and that's being alone and being sad. Ain't no one in this room alone." Preach, Ted! There is a lesson in EVERYTHING. Allow yourself to see them.
