8 个月Congratulations, Don. My take away is you have shown how the founders created the American Dream based on offering equal opportunity for all. Instead, you show (I thomk) greed has replaced opportunity. You identify and explain clear strategies that we must embrace to revive that Dream. However, it wil take voters, hence the importance of 2024 election, to choose candidates who think like my guy, Ben Franklin, who said this when he signed the constitution in 1786: “I confess that there are several parts of this constitution which I do not at present approve, but I am not sure I shall never approve them: For having lived long, I have experienced many instances of being obliged by better information, or fuller consideration, to change opinions even on important subjects, which I once thought right, but found to be otherwise. It is therefore that the older I grow, the more apt I am to doubt my own judgment, and to pay more respect to the judgment of others.” So, I say candidate bragging about compromise is worth a vote.
