This cohort study did not identify an association between indoor tanning and melanoma TMB. Higher TMB was associated with age, chronically sun-exposed tumor locations, and NMSC history, highlighting the role of cumulative sun exposure in melanoma TMB. Additionally, patients with a history of atypical nevi may harbor lower TMB melanomas and, thus, increased risk of ICI resistance

Really an exciting news for medical science, although I believe it will take some years for the therapy to be available thought the world. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Australian doctors' research on immunotherapy has dramatically improved outcomes for advanced melanoma patients globally.
