Yes it is very ideal thing to present analysis of projects after completion of one project infornt of all stake holders. potential failure, causes and solution also need to elaborate. Only all presentation should be process in rational way and stakeholders should also mind in rational way eveniff he had some blunders. Keep it simple. Reach out to the other properties in your organization's portfolio. Gather the contact info of their engineers and chiefs. Create a user forum or newsletter to share problems; work arounds; successful and wasteful product info; effective vendor and contractor info; ideas for retrofits; and strategies and support info to help get project ideas approved. Once the interaction starts do meet ups with your contemporaries, schedule walk through's of each other's buildings for familiarization and sharing best practices. Learn each other's skillsets and available resources so building crews can respond to each other in emergencies. Have vendors put on lunch seminars to showcase successful products and tech to the other buildings.
