Spent an incredible few days offsite at the UKG headquarters. We learned a lot from their research teams, who shared extensive data on the urgent need for large organizations to address their workers’ financial wellness. At Ditch we give employers a tool that helps their workers get out of debt and into a wealth-building stage faster. It’s a better alternative for workers who aren’t yet in a position to think about retirement. Grateful and excited to work alongside a company like UKG, who is clearly committed to innovation, and making the frontline workers financial wellness a priority.
