Rathbones Group Plc chief executive Paul Stockton said the wealth manager would consider a voluntary redundancy scheme following its tie-up with Investec Wealth & Investment. “There are, of course, overlapping roles,” Stockton told Financial News. “There’s a Rathbones way of making sure that we manage people’s expectations. “It’s a very respectful business and we will look for opportunities for as many people as we can." https://lnkd.in/egtvWusi
