Hello, I'm Lena Vincula from Peru. I'm 38 years old and a journalist by profession but all my professional career I have worked with commercial and customer service team. I really like to share my story because I feel that it can inspire many womans in my country and around the world around the world. I started working very young, at 18. I finished the university at 21. A year later I became a mother and my son became the best motivation for me. My purpose is to show him that the world can be both of patterns, a lot of problems, limitations, but our dreams and our attitudes are more are much stronger than that. I continue to studying. I grew. I had my second baby at 29 old. At the same time, I began to achieve the professional growth I wanted too much. I began to have better possibilities by getting to know other cultures to give myself time. I continue to work on myself as a person, as a woman, as a mother, as a daughter, because I found balance. I have also had the joy of meetings great leaders from whom I have learned a lot. If you ask me if I have seen change in the in the industry in the last 10 years. I will answer yes, especially in Latin America society like mine. But today we can see more women leaders. Today we decide we where we want to be. Today we are heads of households. Unfortunately, still a large part of the work doesn't have a voice. Legal restrictions for women continue to prevent ending all forms of of discrimination and violence against women and girls around the world. So. For International Women's Day, I would like to share my recognition, my gratitude to each of the women who make up this great family that is Dispatch Track. You are inspiration and change.
