1st August has come, and now most of the colleges are open. And many of you would be starting with their 3rd year. Now, in third year, things get intense! You can't live freely, yet you want to live freely Tensions regarding- CGPA, Jobs, or Masters and even internship starts coming in!. So, if you are getting into 3rd year, my only suggestion to you is- to give chance to everything, be it finding a job or going for masters, Internships or even societies and of course academics! Don't just cage yourself to only one thing, because then you lose the opportunity for others. ( I hope I knew it during my 3rd year) So, yeah, give chance to each opportunity and live the last year to the fullest, as this won't come back! P.S. This picture is from one of the workshops, I conducted as the Prpject head of Project Musafir at Enactus JDMC. Gungun Yadav Shagun Beniwal being the best colleagues, I got to work with <3 #LinkedIn #LinkedInforcreators #Collegelife

In my first year, I was quite an introvert, lacked confidence and barely expressed. My communication skills were poor (still are sometimes) 1st semester went into exploring and adapting to everything new- new college, new people, new environment (basically a new world for an introvert like me) I tried to explore everything i could - joined college clubs , did an internship, participated in events and even bunked lectures (lol) Ngl, this affected my grades (underestimated FinTech and got an SGPA of 7.6) 2nd sem was better. I found a better balance between academics and extracurricular activities. I - →did an Internship → actively worked with the Entrepreneurship Development Cell BMCC →cleared my Singing Prathama exams → volunteered in college events? → enjoyed college life to the fullest and yet I was able to get an sgpa of 8.4 (ik its not much , but still I improved:) This year has taught me the importance of stepping out of my comfort zone, finding balance, and continuously striving for self-improvement. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of my journey so far. Here’s to another year of learning, growth, and new opportunities! #CollegeJourney #PersonalGrowth?#StudentLife #CollegeExperience #SelfImprovement

A campus life plan is a structured and measurable plan to be a guideline and milestone for our lives during the 4-year or 8-semester college environment. The life plan itself certainly depends on each individual who lives it. My own life plan in semesters 1 & 2 will focus on academics in order to get the highest GPA and join organizations to expand my relationships and foster a sense of leadership within me. In semesters 3 & 4 I plan to start focusing on several organizations that I will join, of course I want to take a certain position to be able to support my college life. Don't forget that I will continue to maintain my academics in order to prepare for the scholarship later. In the next semester, namely semesters 5 & 6, I will try to apply for an internship abroad to foster my future career. Of course, this overseas internship is an important capital to plan for the future. In the next semesters 7 & 8 I will focus on my final assignment or thesis while looking for as many relationships as possible to work after graduating from ITS. These are the things that are the plans during my college years, hopefully with this plan it can be achieved and on time #HIMATEKTROITS #OKKBKELEKTROITS2024 #LIFEPLAN Annas Rovizain

She further stressed the importance of integrating industry professionals into academia through guest lectures, ensuring students benefit from real-world perspectives. While virtual learning has its merits, Dr. Rayat affirmed that practical, face-to-face engagement remains unparalleled in fostering meaningful education and skill?development. #DrRuchiRayat #GIMS #FWAConclave2024 #GNIOTInstituteOfManagement #IndustryAcademia #EducationReform #ExperientialLearning #Internships #CurriculumOverhaul #EmploymentAndEmployability #HyattRegencyDelhi #FWA #EPN #EducationPostNews #EPNews

Examinations?? As the exam season of many government universities and colleges are approaching, I had a thought which was roaming around my mind from the second semester. While we spend hours and hours trying to complete the syllabus and understand everything just a few days before the examination, do you think that it’s helpful? I don’t blame the students or the faculty for such a situation but what happens is that our society has still that mentality of- marks nahi aaye? Band krro yeh society ka kaam, internships sai kya fayda hoga padhoge nahi toh?. I mean honestly 1 mahine padhkr waise bhi koi fayda nahi hora hai cause we don’t remember anything that we studied post the examinations. Same old syllabus, same old pattern of checking papers and the same old mentality.I mean what’s the deal ki jitne pages likhoge utne marks milenge? Seriously? There is no sense of scoring marks like this. Government colleges might have the best rankings and best environment but what our current generation needs is practicality, which is something that needs to be focused on. Practical work experience, real life projects, presentations, competitions these are the things which have helped people shape their overall personality, gain exposure and maybe crack placements. Drop your thoughts on this ???? #examinations #delhiuniversity #governmentofindia #internships #students

College societies mat join karo but internships and courses karlo! While many people give one-sided advice like this on LinkedIn, my opinion differs slightly. I believe that societies teach you 3 things that internships or courses might not teach you: 1. Managing people and their emotions 2. Being open while maintaining your limits 3. Most important time Societies are not something that ensures that you will be a completely changed guy and you will conquer the world and get the best of everything. But it surely grooms your personality and helps you stand out from those people who are still living in the world of FOMO! The connections you make there and the opportunities you get can be exceptional if you try to leverage these benefits ?? I personally enjoyed the best time of my life in college societies and learned a lot of things! Also, the Societies Fest season is hitting now, enjoy your time there, and don't forget to make ever-lasting memories! Comment down your society experiences and learnings :) PS: Here is a picture of me attending a competition in Bombay this year organized by E-Cell, IIT Bombay! #college #society #experience #learning #growth #internships #development #personality #competitions #opportunities #societies #LinkedIn #LinkedInforcreators
