Today is World Mental Health Day. For us at Discovery Behavioral Health, this observance is significant – it lies at the very core of our mission and values and it represents the foundation upon which each of our treatment programs was established. More importantly, however, mental health is what makes living a happy, rewarding life a possibility. If you’re considering getting help, currently in treatment or just find yourself struggling with a mental health issue, we want to remind you to always put yourself first – everything else can(and should) wait.
