In July 2016, the historic district of Ellicott City, Maryland faced an unprecedented, devastating flood from over six inches of rain in a two hour period.?A few days later, #DirectDimensions worked with?Preservation Maryland?to capture the impact of the damage in just a few hours using #3Dlaserscanning. Check out the resulting #3D data in the 80-second video clip below.

Very impressive. As a former resident (our first apartment was on St. Paul Street) the level of accuracy here is wild. Memories from almost every inch of that tour. So sad what happened with the floods and what those businesses and residents went through. Years later I can see EC has made a ton of infrastructure improvements, probably thanks in large part to your 3D models.
