You are an investment. You're a stock. Companies do not like taking risky investments. If anything, they like taking the most safest bet possible that has a return on it. And so your focus should be, what can I do to derisk myself in such a way as to whether, like, you know, this is worth taking the opportunity on? When you are someone that doesn't have experience in tech, for example, you need to start thinking on things like what can I showcase? If anyone is going to take a chance on you, it's going to be because you've done something or showcase something in such a way that they're like, there's something here. When you're writing your resume or you're writing your LinkedIn profile, what are what are the hooks? What are the things that peak interest of the point where someone like I need to get into a conversation with this person to find out more?
