Our LJC project, PALMtower, received it's Certificate of Occupancy this week. The PALMtower high-rise apartments will deliver contemporary living that is firmly rooted to its downtown Phoenix site. In collaboration with will bruder architects and Clayco, we've created a landmark that reimagines city living – 352 units firmly rooted in the heart of Phoenix's evolving urban landscape. ?
