To avoid burnout and mental health issues at WORK, Do not accept the job offer only based on money + perks + brand name. Check nonquantifiable aspects of the job offer such as, ?? Work flexibility ?? Mindset of company's leadership towards work-life balance ?? If the company's vision and mission align with your mission. In my view, the last one is the MOST crucial. When your purpose aligns with the company's mission and values, work feels less like "work"—and more like something you’re genuinely passionate about. While not everyone has the luxury of choice, if you do, don’t let money or brand overshadow these crucial elements. #mentalhealth
While I completely agree with this, many of us fail to prioritize this after months of job searching and skill development. I am still trying to stick by this. I myself have chased a career that paid me really well and is known as a 'reputed' position at a global company. Right now, I am re-starting and working according to the principles you have shared. As always, thank you for the right reminders and needed advice Dhaval Patel

Completely agree sir. Aligning with a company's values and having work-life balance makes a huge difference in long-term satisfaction. If not, we risk feeling unfulfilled and unhappy in our work ??
Absolutely spot on. When your job resonates with your personal mission, it fuels your passion and reduces the emotional toll of work.
I couldn’t agree more—it’s so true! Whether the company’s goals resonate with your own makes?a world of difference in how fulfilling the work will be. When work aligns with our values, it boosts well-being.
Absolutely agree! ?? It’s essential to look beyond just the salary and brand name when considering a job offer. The right work environment and alignment with the company's values can make all the difference in our overall job satisfaction and mental well-being. Let’s prioritize what truly matters! ???
Good point. When your values match, work becomes a passion rather than a chore, making all the difference in long-term job satisfaction.

5 个月Very true, but many people often start prioritizing these factors only after they've earned sufficient money or reached financial freedom. Sometimes, it takes losing something significant, like a loved one or health, to shift focus toward peace and alignment. Others may have grown up in spiritual environments, guiding them early on. Either way, it's important to strive for balance before hitting these life-altering moments.
