So what's the hardest problem in an enterprise or even a digital native business? But see even in a very small startup. It's this fact that every department is siloed. Nobody understands the customer. Barely anybody understands the product. And we make this integration across N different tools for chat what from chat bots to customer support to product management tools, software development tools to incident management tools to all these tools eventually have to come together and we've done a fairly poor job of it. In my previous company, we had a very high Net Promoter score, 90 plus and we're doing billions of dollars worth of business. But customer support was an expensive proposition. We did a dream. Well, we did it in real time between the end users and support people and product managers and developers all coming together. The whole idea of Deborah was to really think hard about that customer problem, but do it in a way that's affordable. You can still get a very high Net Promoter score, a very low churn. At a scale of billions of dollars of annual revenue. Using AI now, but that AI cannot run in a vacuum. You can just go stitch a foundation model with a bunch of workflows and call it done. You do need a knowledge graph that's rooted in the customer and the product. And the people internally, their work, their end users, their activity, we won't just come and democratize this knowledge graph, you know, commoditize and democratize it and then really deliver affordable search engine, affordable analytics engine. And a highly personalized workflow engine to the enterprise. All of this has to come together. And we do all of that with a click of button. We bring the knowledge graph together, we feel it to a search engine and analytics engine, our workflow engine. And we now make AI actionable.
