A big welcome to our new NEXUS clients who have just signed up to our missing property identification service. Outlined below is an example of the type of properties we are finding that are flying under the radar. NEXUS identified this little barn in the rear garden of a family home in the Southeast of England which is being used as a holiday let and was not rated. A contingency is a clause in a formal real estate contract that states there are certain conditions that must be met by either the buyer or the seller in order to continue to the next step in the contract. There are contingencies in almost every real estate contract. They are there to protect the buyer and the seller.
