I am totally agree with Darvin A. Widjaja. I strongly believe that the relationship between a company’s culture and its CEO is crucial. Because the CEO plays a critical role in building and maintaining the company’s culture. Their behaviors, decisions, and communication styles set the tone for the entire organization. And a CEO must ensure that their actions are aligned with the company’s core values. If there is a gap, employees will immediately notice it, which can damage the culture. And effective culture management involves aligning the company’s culture with its strategic goals. The CEO is uniquely positioned to understand these goals and guide the culture accordingly. Because culture is dynamic and constantly evolving, a CEO must be actively involved in nurturing and managing this evolution to ensure it supports the company’s goals. And finally, a CEO can influence culture by articulating and embedding the company’s values in daily practices, hiring, and talent development.
