Wow, MikMak is ten. With employees in 7 countries and 1900 global brands as customers, never did I imagine this is where we would be. MikMak has been built by countless employees (past and present), the most dedicated group of investors and board members, and customers that deeply care about our collective success. We would not be where we are today without you - thank you for everything. And for my fellow entrepreneurs out there, here are a few of my key lessons from the last decade to create shortcuts for you: 1. Success requires a blend of product-market fit, execution, and timing 2. Pivot when necessary. Do not be married to your own ideas, be married to winning for your customers? 3. Customer retention takes a lot of heart in the beginning and a lot of science as you scale 4. True growth comes from overcoming setbacks (and setbacks are constant) 5.
