On the need to factor in on diversity and inclusion.

On this day in 2005, we lost Rosa Parks, a woman whose quiet defiance sparked a movement that reshaped history. Her refusal to give up her seat on a Montgomery bus was a small but powerful act that reminds us: real change begins with individual decisions, even when the odds seem stacked against us. Rosa Parks’ life offers valuable lessons that apply to all of us, no matter our profession: 1. Stand Firm in Purpose: Parks wasn’t trying to change the world—she was standing up for her dignity. In our work and lives, we are called to act with that same sense of purpose, offering value and protection to those around us. 2. Small Actions Have Big Impact: What may feel like a small act—helping someone, making a connection, offering guidance—can have profound ripple effects.
