Very interesting ?? In response to the Deputy Secretary of Defense Directive from 6 December 2023 - Stabilizing and Improving the Military Health System ?? This DTM or "comprehensive review" on Manpower Requirements has a ton of information and I'd love to get your thoughts on how you think this will help "stabilize and improve the MHS?" I personally believe this is a step in the right direction, especially with the DHA Unit Manpower Document for MTF/DTFs which formally recognizes individual military service authorizations. It may not seem like much but it matters. Not sure if the the two manpower documents will make a huge difference or not but it does potentially give the Services more flexibility to support the the DHA mission through the Defense Health Networks and continued dual hatted Commanders/Directors. ??
