Worst brand of the day Dell. I spent around Rs. 1 lakh of my hard earned money purchasing a Dell monitor which is malfunctioning for the last 2 months and my grievance has fallen upon deaf ears. I've even moved to consumer court. My national consumer helpline number is 6867723. I would strongly encourage everyone in this group to help me out. It's been several days and my grievance is falling upon deaf ears. After agreeing to refund my money, they're now refusing. It's only been around a month and around Rs. 1 lakh is a huge amount. I purchased a Dell Precision 3680 one month ago from your authorized store at: 6A, Mega City Mall, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Rd, next to Sahara Mall, Gurugram, Haryana 122003. At the time of purchase, I was promised specific features by the store representatives, but after receiving the product, I found that the features mentioned were not available. Since then, I have been continuously trying to contact the store via calls and messages, but I have received no response. I also escalated this matter by emailing Dell support, but even after one month, I have not received any resolution or even a proper response. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and seek your urgent intervention to resolve this matter. Please guide me on what steps I should take next, as I am left with no option but to escalate this issue further if I do not receive a proper resolution.
