We are all shaped by our life experience and circumstances, and while they can make us cynical, burned out and a little bit grey, it is so important to remember the good. For me personally, there is not a single day of my life that I don’t rely on the support of my wife, a colleague or even a stranger. It has led me to believe that the only true way to solve problems is in collaboration with others.? So, I read this article, and it completely re-enforced all the things I had internalised over a lifetime about humans and collaboration. Ian Leslie’s ?????????????????? ???????????? ???? ???????????????????????? hits at the core of why we chose ‘Human First’ as the north star of our company values. Everything we do with respect to our colleagues, how we treat our customers and our investors, is driven by this philosophy.
