When disasters strike, solidarity lights the way. Since its creation in 2001, the #EUCivilProtection Mechanism has been activated 700 times, channelling essential emergency assistance in and outside the EU. Besides the 27 EU countries, 9 other states are participating in the mechanism. But how does it work? ?? when a disaster overwhelms a country, it can request assistance through the EU’s Emergency Response Coordination Center (ERCC), which is active 24/7. ??participating countries can offer emergency assistance, such as medical equipment or firefighting teams. ?? once the affected country accepts the offers, the ERCC coordinates the delivery of the aid.

In the coming generation, or even in the present, all psychologists, psychiatrists, and, in specific cases, nurses and doctors who refuse to acknowledge and adapt to the evolving landscape of medicine, counterintelligence, and security imperatives must be dismissed or have their professional licenses permanently revoked. The traditional roles within these fields will inevitably transform into highly specialized functions, such as military psychology, with the job market becoming increasingly restrictive. This shift should have been prioritized as early as the 1980s, given the rapid advancements in both medicine and intelligence fields, as well as the growing need for security integration. Additionally, these professionals will be required to undergo cognitive and neural analysis implants connected to military facilities, ensuring they remain immune to external manipulation and that their operational effectiveness is constantly monitored and secured. Any individuals, particularly within the security and intelligence sectors, who openly challenge or criticize this paradigm shift will face public exposure through security tribunals. Mental health, once a burgeoning field, is no longer an ascending trend but a declining discipline. Over time, its relevance as a standalone profession will dissipate, absorbed into broader, more security-oriented frameworks. The evolution of these roles is not a matter of choice but a necessary response to global security and medical realities.
