This month, members of DCCCA LEAD (Leadership Exploration and Development) came together at DCCCA Service Center in Lawrence for a series of dynamic leadership team-building activities. The group represents various programs and departments and is dedicated to expanding leadership initiatives across the agency. Since October, this cohort has engaged in intensive two-day training sessions each month, and we’re excited to conclude our curriculum next month in Wichita!
