An entrepreneurial mindset Discussing with some friends and reading some blogs I came to the conclusion that the question “what is an entrepreneur mindset” has a lot of answers depending on the background of the interlocutor but at the end all try to state the same, which I just cannot agree. An entrepreneur is not someone who wants to extract and accumulate wealth. This is a neo-liberal capitalist mindset, and definitely not what we need to overcome the difficulties our society is facing. An entrepreneur wants to provide solutions to our society's real problems. An entrepreneur is someone with a vision, someone who truly cares about the well-being of the individuals that make our society. And for that he wants to produce services or goods which will have a real positive impact on people’s everyday life. If the philosopher wants to build theories which explain the world and help our society progress, the entrepreneur wants to transform ideas into reality.

Handling fear is one of the most important skills an entrepreneur can have. Focusing on the positive helps you to stay on track. A little spark of hope motivates you to keep going even when things seem dark. Today, do one thing that will help you go forward. ????

Not everyone is meant to be an entrepreneur — and that’s okay. The idea that anyone can or should become an entrepreneur is as unrealistic as saying everyone can play in the NBA. We all have different strengths, and not only is being an entrepreneur not needed for everyone, but its potentially to going to make a lot of people very unhappy when they don’t need to be. Pushing people to follow a path they don’t truly want can lead to unnecessary failure and guilt. Instead of chasing what society tells you is the “best” path, focus on what you actually enjoy and what drives your curiosity.
